In this course you will;

1) learn how to identify aromas in coffee,

2) experience process of identifying acidity, sweetness and quality in your food,

 

At the end of this introduction session, you will be able to begin practicing what you learnt here, in any of your gastronomy occasions.

 

Prerequisite: No prerequisite. Suitable for first-timers without any experience.
